I'd wager that in my life I have written little worth reading. I've been told I'm a good writer, but I don't think so. Not yet, anyway.

A writing professor said to my class once that to become a better writer one should spend only some time writing, but a lot of time reading. I've read a fair number of pages recently, so maybe I'll take a stab at writing soon.

I don't think a soapbox is a fundamental right, but I paid for this domain and I'll do what I please, thank you.
